  • Immigration & Climate Migration Strategy: Developed the North Star vision and theory of change for a major foundation’s migration program, defining operational components, investment priorities, and implementation pathways to guide the foundation’s support for mobility and resilience initiatives.

  • Institutional Transformation: Led organizational transformation and rebrand initiatives for global social-impact organizations, creating value propositions and cultural frameworks that strengthened clarity, purpose, and alignment.

At NewGlobe, my work centered on systems thinking, foresight, and cross-functional innovation. This role deepened my conviction that impactful policy and institutional change requires insight, empathy, and intelligent systems that evolve with people and context

  • Led a global research and strategy division (50+ team-members) across six countries, helping governments and education systems scale high-quality learning for millions of students.

  • Built frameworks that helped us understand complex education ecosystems, identify opportunities for partnership, and guide decisions on market entry, strategy, and product design.

  • Partnered with academics, technologists, and product teams to ensure innovations were grounded in real community contexts, and scalable across diverse geographies.

  • Worked with teams to design mobile learning solutions to maintain educational continuity during COVID, and created a large scale and real-time data system that strengthened executive decision-making and operational resilience.

At ReD Associates, I worked at the intersection of anthropology, strategy, and innovation - advising Fortune 100 companies and social impact organizations on complex cultural and behavioral challenges. This work strengthened my belief that organizations (whether public or private) succeed when they can understand human behavior, adapt intelligently, and act with strategic clarity.

  • Led multidisciplinary strategy projects across the automotive, media, and education sectors, translating deep human insight into growth strategies, product innovation, and organizational transformation.

  • Directed human-centric design research for a digital learning game supporting children in conflict-affected regions

  • TEI Research Project: Spearheaded the development, launch, and management of the Targeting Energy Infrastructure (TEI) research project, driving innovation in energy risk analysis.

  • Energy Infrastructure Database: Created and analyzed over 10,000 incidents in the Energy Infrastructure Attack Database (EIAD), conducting extensive case studies and fieldwork in multiple countries to assess risks to energy assets.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Formed key research collaborations with prestigious institutions such as the Paul Scherrer Institute, Fund for Peace, US Institute of Peace, and the Swiss Civil Protection Department. Facilitated and led collaborations across different stakeholders to create shared understanding and problem-solving.

  • Industry Advisory: Utilized research insights to provide crucial advice to oil and gas companies, guiding them on how to navigate and mitigate social risks in conflict zones.

  • Societal Resilience Research: Conducted in-depth research on societal resilience, risk management, and critical infrastructure protection, developing a unique model based on complex adaptive systems and convergence theory for crisis monitoring via social media.

  • Foresight and Horizon Scanning: Engaged in large-scale foresight and horizon scanning projects with Swiss government, US Department of Energy, and Singapore government to examine and anticipate future scenarios, global challenges, and societal response.
